Our strong little man, Kal, rolled over today!! That is quite an accomplishment for someone his size! He weighed in at 19.8 lbs at 5 months (that is exactly how much Jocelyn weighed at her 12 month appointment). It takes a lot of strength to roll a body like that over!
Kal love to "get you" and be "so big" among many other fun games. He growls and holds your face while attempting to eat you (get you). Jocelyn thinks he is kissing and hugging her. She may be right! He has great dexterity for his age. When I feed him, he grabs the spoon on the way to his mouth and helps me put it in. It is really hard to get the spoon back from him to give him another bite! He grabs onto anything that touches his fingers and gets it to his mouth in the blink of an eye--watch out! He really likes to sing with us and he really loves attention, but does fine playing on his own.
We love our darling, happy son. I really enjoy watching Jocelyn and Kal develop a loving friendship. They are so happy playing together and my heart fill with joy when they get each other giggling. I LOVE BEING A MOM!!
